She notes putting winning habits in place is the pathway to success and these habits are formed in response to the 30,000- 40,000 decisions we make every day.

She has been acknowledged as an expert in her field, being awarded an Outstanding Alumni by James Cook University for her achievements. Her book ‘The Elite’ was published in June 2019. The book translates the lessons of elite performance for every person, every day. Knowing she has made a difference in the lives of others is the most satisfying element of her career.
