Why are Testimonials and Reviews Important to Social Proof?
Testimonials and reviews are a form of marketing that allows customers to share their experiences with others. They provide customers with a trusted voice and can help others make a decision about whether or not to buy a product or service.
But in today’s world, a lot of people don’t always trust written reviews. So how do we overcome this?
Video reviews of course. They offer a level of authenticity that written feedback doesn’t, particularly to the younger markets.
