I am getting up from the cafe today after coffee has eased a serious case of writers block and I have typed my life away to realise you can tell a Working Mum by the contents of her handbag.
Here was I in my new designer glasses looking cool and free of food or child hanging off me.
My new small handbag stylish as it is was my Working Mum give away.
So here I am being the cool writer and marketing person in my home town and to pay for my writer block treat I pull out mittens, pull ups and a Barbie â?? a true Working Mummy giveaway!

Aways a stylish look being a mum! My bag also seems to have way too much paper, letters, tissues, squashed packets of tiny teddys or museli bars and always next to no small change!
I have a HUGE handbag just right for lugging about 3 journals (2 are mine – the other one is the Munchkin’s), a diary, a laptop, a pen roll (mine), a pencil pack (the Munchkin’s), reusable shopping bags and the usual handbag stuff. It’s a full upper body workout just carrying it around for my writers block coffee!
