Using an Affirmation is an excellent way to deal with Overwhelm.

How to choose an Affirmation.

  • Select an Affirmation which addresses the outcome/s you want.
  • How to choose – read a number of Affirmations and one will feel more appropriate than the others.
  • This will generally refer to achieving a goal / outcome and indicate a clarity of the path and removal of impediments to achieving your outcome.

Using the Affirmation

Read the Affirmation whenever you feel anxiety or overwhelm and read it until that feeling dissipates. Then simply move forward.
