Mail Merge with Attachments – I missed mail merge!

When I made the move from Outlook to Gmail the one thing I missed was the mail merge feature, but I have found my saviour with Mail Merge with Attachments, and it is so easy to use!
In around 5 minutes, I can set up emails for clients, journalists and even customise the details and schedule the emails in advance.
Mail Merge works for both Gmail and Google Apps accounts. It has a built-in scheduler so you can send merged email messages immediately or schedule them for sending later at your preferred date and time.

Wisestamp – Makes cool email signatures and not just for Gmail!

I am a self-confessed branding monster, and Wisestamp makes it so easy for me to have on brand emails every time, and better still manage multiple signatures for each business account.

Boomerang – Allows me to write an email at 2 am but no send it!

When inspiration hits, it hits and sometimes for me that is the middle of the night. But I am sure no one want’s their phone going ding at 2 am and this is where Boomerang and I became friends!
With Boomerang, you can write an email now and schedule it to be sent automatically at the perfect time. Just write the messages as you normally would, then click the Send Later button. Use our handy calendar picker or our text box that understands language like “next Monday” to tell Boomerang when to send your message.
It also allows to set reminders if you have not had a reply, set a reoccurring message and more.
So easy to use Boomerang was the end of 2 am emails from me, and it can be for you too here.
